Common questions
Try-on failed or looks wrong
AI try-on quality depends a lot on your input photo. For best results: use a clear, well-lit, full-body shot, facing forward, with arms not crossing your torso. Re-uploading a better photo usually fixes most issues.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not through Lookora. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Lookora → Cancel Subscription. The change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I want a refund
All payments are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don’t have direct access to refund your card.
Restore purchases on a new device
Sign in to the same Apple ID, open Lookora, go to Me → Restore Purchases. Your Pro subscription should reactivate within a few seconds.
Delete my data
Lookora stores your photos, wardrobe, and history on your device only. Deleting the app removes all of it. For the anonymous analytics record we hold, email privacy@lookora.app and we will erase it.
